Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of our research-grade peptide products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure product integrity and comply with safety regulations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final once an order has been shipped. Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of peptide products and the inability to verify product condition after delivery, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders that have been dispatched.

We are unable to accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Ordering incorrect products or quantities
  • Failure to receive package due to incorrect address provided
  • Package held or returned by customs
  • Inability to accept delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for replacement. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrect items — replacements only.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, this is considered a matter between you and the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier

For packages lost in transit (not showing delivery), please contact us after 14 business days from the ship date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or discuss replacement options on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.

If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Product Quality Guarantee

All products are third-party tested and shipped with verified purity of 99%+. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on our website. We stand behind the quality of our products at the time of shipment.

We cannot guarantee product integrity after delivery due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to storage conditions, temperature exposure, and handling after receipt.
